• The 75 square meter L-shaped room can accommodate up to 60 people, can be split up into two 50/25 m² areas, the south-facing balcony has 36 m²
• A cozy arcade-enclosed area is below the balcony
• The former canteen kitchen has a stove, refrigeration and sinks, suitable for catering purposes
• Presently available only during summer, as the area cannot yet be heated
